What is a Grievance?

A grievance is a formal complaint filed by Our Union on behalf of members who have experienced a violation of Our Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Grievance Process:

If you think you have a grievance to file with Our Union against a contract violation please work through the following steps:

  1. Contact a Steward or Officer

  2. Fill out a Grievance Intake Form with as much information as you can

  3. Submit the Grievance Intake Form by email to Our chapter email and cc Our Rep Grant Engle
